Great room with private bathroom that had everything we needed. The location was awesome, close to the subway and a cool music spot, but a bit noisy with the loud DJ music at 3 am. 🎶

The folks were attentive and flexible. I found there a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like Tel Pizza that is only 10 minutes' walk away.

We can check in at 23.00. We do not have to use time and petrol it is on our route. We do not hear traffic or trains. It is near a station we could use if we wanted to go to the city centre.

The location was good for people arriving by car, as it was at the side of the motorway. The staff let us put our bag in the reception after we checked out.

1. The room had not been cleaned before our arrival. One of the beds was unmade, the bathroom bin was full and there was no soap in the bathroom. 2. Then the cleaner came into our room without knocking to ask - while on her mobile - if we wanted it cleaning. 3. Despite desperately needing the internet to resolve a very important issue (our car died and we needed it repaired) the hotel staff wouldn't let us use either of their two laptops. 4. One of the cleaners thought it would be funny to hang from the roof of our doorway...not very professional.

I loved my clean and well-equipped room with coffee-making amenities.

Location near the Metro

Decorating being done in the main building put us off having breakfast.No bar.

I did not want to leave and would go back in flash. It was clean, everyone was amazing friendly. This was a pleasant and cheerful hotel with a remote location near metro so easy to get into town.

The staff at this hotel is very helpful and competent with every request. The location is close to the Lille Flandres train station, a restaurant, and a music venue.

The breakfast had a variety of goodies to choose from. The room was new-fashioned and budget-friendly, with coffee making facilities available. The hotel's location was excellent and perfect for my needs, with a shopping center and supermarkets just a walk away across the street.

Town edge location perfect, both pretty and peaceful while very french and very continental in feel - most welcoming and relaxing. Transport to Lille town centre easy, even walking distance if necessary and pleasant walk too. Access to railway taking us to your choice of many picturesque areas of France, brilliant place.

Would have quite like to have had a fridge in the room for keeping food and milk and so on. Breakfast deadline of 0900 latest was a little early too for us so we left it it out most days, but not a problem, the food was very good too.

As for me the location is perfect, minutes from a tube station. Plus, it is set 4 km from Belfry👍

The location was fantastic - there was a shopping mall and a supermarket nearby. It was convenient to reach Le Pretty, a restaurant within walking distance, for meals.

Accommodating staff, well-presented food and proximity to Metro for access to centre of Lille. One of the better Campaniles.
